With over 20 years of experience as a graphic designer, she has created global yoga brands for Yoga Medicine (Tiffany Cruikshank), Creature Yoga (Bess Prescott and Tahl Rinsky), Ashley Turner, and Sianna Sherman. She has worked with countless wellness entrepreneurs to create brands that inspire and convert.

The prerecorded lessons require between two to three hours per week. Each live coaching session runs for one hour. Allow another hour or two to implement.

Lots of it! The course offers many opportunities for learning and interaction with both of us. You’ll find plenty of opportunities to ask questions and receive guidance form both of us through our weekly coaching calls and dedicated whatsapp group.
In our online training, the calls will be recorded so you can always send your questions in advance if you cannot attend live and watch the recordings later.
